Museums at Night
This much-loved national event is the UK’s annual after-hours festival of culture and heritage. It features an astonishing range of live performances, twilight film screenings, artist talks and, of course, museum sleepovers. Bullet PR has been handling the media campaign since 2010. In that time, the AVE has grown from £40,000 to £3.4m.
The 2012 campaign attracted 31 national newspaper stories and 189 consumer magazines stories in titles including Grazia, Shortlist and Waitrose Magazine. There was extensive coverage in regional and online media plus a whole host of broadcast media including BBC TV Breakfast News, BBC 2’s The Review Show, BBC 5 Live Breakfast and BBC 6 Music.
The Asian Arts Agency
Brooklyn based bhangra funk and dhol band Red Baraat came to the UK as part of the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad. Bullet PR secured coverage in a broad range of media, including interviews in The Guardian, Metro, Radio 4’s Loose Ends and BBC World Service’s The Strand. The band played to packed houses all over the UK, culminating in a performance at Trafalgar Square for the closing ceremony of the Paralympics.
Lenderise
Lenderise is to borrowing and lending what eBay is to buying and selling. The website chose Brighton as its launch city in 2012 and Bullet PR devised a PR and Marketing strategy. The campaign attracted coverage in Brighton media, from the front cover of Latest 7 magazine, to the business pages of The Argus, Juice FM and comprehensive coverage across Brighton blogs.
